Do I need to empty my dressers and wardrobes before moving day?
Yes, we require all wardrobes, cabinets, and dressers to be fully emptied. This minimizes the risk of structural damage to the furniture panels due to excess weight shifting during transport.
How is fragile glassware and crockery protected?
Each piece of crockery is individually wrapped using high-quality air-bubble sheets and packed tightly into sturdy corrugated boxes filled with foam peanuts to entirely eliminate internal jarring.
Should I disconnect my washing machine or refrigerator beforehand?
While our crew can unplug standard wiring, we heavily advise defrosting refrigerators 24 hours prior to moving, and draining washing machine pipes completely to prevent water leakage inside the truck.
Are there items you absolutely refuse to transport?
For safety reasons, we do not transport combustible chemicals, liquid paints, loaded gas cylinders, or highly perishable food items. Please organize separate arrangements for these goods.
How soon in advance must I notify my housing society?
We recommend informing and obtaining moving gate-passes from both your current and destination society at least 48 hours prior to shifting in order to avoid last-minute delays at checkpoints.
